Summit 2026 in Breckenridge: Stronger Together, Better for Our Clients

We just wrapped up another unforgettable Centurion Summit, this time surrounded by the mountains of Breckenridge, Colorado.

Each year, our summit gives us something that’s difficult to create through screens and busy calendars alone: the opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and think intentionally about the future we’re building together.

As a remote-first company, these few days are more than an annual tradition. They’re an investment in our people, our culture, and ultimately the experience we deliver to every founder and business owner we serve.

Over the course of several days, we challenged ideas, celebrated wins, learned from one another, and strengthened the relationships that make our team successful.

Here’s a look back at Summit 2026.

Day 1: Starting with Alignment

Every successful business begins with alignment.

We kicked off the summit by coming together after arriving in Colorado, sharing our first dinner as a team and reconnecting with colleagues from across the country. While many of us collaborate every day, there’s something different about sitting around the same table, catching up beyond Slack messages and Zoom calls.

The following morning began with an optional 5K through the beautiful streets of Breckenridge, followed by a relaxing yoga session that reminded us of the importance of taking care of both our minds and our bodies before diving into the week ahead.

After breakfast, complete with Miguel’s now-famous homemade quiche, we officially opened Summit 2026.

Miguel welcomed the team by reflecting on the company’s growth over the past year while reminding us that success isn’t measured solely by numbers. It’s measured by the impact we create for our clients, the trust we build with one another, and our commitment to continuous improvement.

The morning continued with department SWOT presentations from across the company. Each team shared its strengths, challenges, opportunities, and priorities, creating transparency across departments and helping everyone better understand how every role contributes to our mission.

Those conversations laid the foundation for the rest of the week.

Day 2: Innovation Meets Execution

If alignment creates momentum, innovation keeps it moving.

Our second day focused on how technology, creativity, and collaboration can help us better serve founders in an increasingly fast-changing business environment.

One of the highlights was an insightful presentation from Andriy Pyshchyk, who explored practical applications of artificial intelligence and emerging technologies. Rather than focusing on AI as a trend, the discussion centered on how we can thoughtfully integrate new tools to improve efficiency while preserving the human expertise our clients rely on.

Following the session, departments collaborated on turning ideas into action, discussing operational improvements, client experience enhancements, and ways to streamline internal workflows.

We also enjoyed lunch sponsored by Mercury, giving us another opportunity to connect while exchanging ideas across departments.

The day concluded with one of everyone’s favorite traditions: a private chef experience featuring an incredible Thai-inspired dinner. Great food, meaningful conversations, and plenty of laughter reminded us that some of the strongest professional relationships are built outside the meeting room.

Later that evening, the team gathered for movie night, a simple but memorable way to unwind together after a productive day.

Day 3: Trust Beyond the Office

Some lessons can’t be taught in a conference room.

Our final day took us into the Colorado wilderness for an unforgettable whitewater rafting adventure.

Rafting quickly became more than an outdoor activity, it became a reminder of what teamwork really looks like.

Every rapid required communication.

Every turn demanded trust.

Every paddle depended on working together toward the same goal.

Those same principles define how we approach our work every day. No department succeeds alone. No client success story is the result of one person. Great outcomes happen when everyone rows in the same direction.

The adventure challenged us, pushed us outside our comfort zones, and created memories we’ll carry long after the summit ended.

Reflections & Looking Ahead

Every year, we leave our summit with more than action items.

We leave with stronger relationships.

Clearer priorities.

Fresh perspectives.

And a renewed commitment to serving founders with excellence.

The conversations we had in Breckenridge will continue shaping the way we collaborate, innovate, and support our clients throughout the year ahead.

A heartfelt thank you to every team member who made Summit 2026 possible. Your willingness to learn, share ideas, challenge assumptions, and support one another is what makes Tour firm more than a company, it’s what makes us a team.

We’re excited about what’s ahead.

Because if this year’s summit reinforced one thing, it’s this:

The stronger we become together, the greater the impact we can make for every client we serve.
