We just wrapped an unforgettable Summit 2025 in Puerto Vallarta—a week that brought together every corner of our team to align, recharge, and grow.
The goal of the summit was simple but profound: to pause the daily rush and create space for deeper reflection, alignment, and vision-setting. What unfolded was a powerful blend of strategic planning, team bonding, thought leadership, and immersive adventure that left all of us energized and inspired.
Here’s a look at the highlights from three packed days of collaboration, learning, and connection:
Day 1: Foundations, Focus, and Forward Momentum
The summit began on a grounded note with a sunrise yoga session led by a local instructor, helping everyone arrive fully present and centered for the days ahead.
Address that reminded us why this work matters. He reflected on our progress over the past year and framed the summit as an opportunity to recommit to our values and sharpen our vision.
From there, we moved into a full morning of SWOT analysis sessions, led by each department:
- Tax
- Bookkeeping
- Marketing
- Sales
- R&D
The exercise not only surfaced key priorities but also helped foster transparency and alignment across teams.
In the afternoon, we welcomed our first guest speaker: Jesse Friedman, an expert on operational systems and business scaling. His talk, Leveraging EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) for Success, provided practical frameworks for accountability, communication, and long-term goal setting. Jesse walked us through the importance of quarterly rocks, scorecards, and leadership team clarity—tools that will directly inform how we structure and lead in Q3 and beyond.
His session was followed by a round of team reflection and goal mapping. Then, to close the day, we shared a relaxed dinner at the Airbnb—homemade tacos, music, and stories that reminded us how far we’ve come and how tight-knit we’ve become.
Day 2: Leadership, Vision, and Growth
The second day started with an All Hands meeting, where we reflected on Day 1 takeaways and began outlining tangible goals for Q3. This wasn’t just a brainstorming session—it was a space for open dialogue about where we want to go and how we’ll get there together.
Next came our second keynote session, this time led by Rom from Anchor, a leadership advisor and startup coach. His session on Leadership & Growth was deeply resonant, touching on the emotional side of leading teams through uncertainty and scaling with integrity.
Rom spoke candidly about the importance of communication and values as the real foundations of any company’s growth.
One key quote that stuck with many of us: “Most people hear words. Great leaders hear what´s behind them.”
Following the session, we broke out into department teams to translate those ideas into tangible practices—from updating onboarding rituals to rethinking our internal communications cadence.
To celebrate the progress of the past two days, we closed the evening with dinner at Tuna Blanca in Punta Mita. With toes in the sand and fresh seafood on the table, the energy was relaxed and joyful. It was a night of toasts, laughter, and recognition—a reminder that team building isn’t just what happens in meeting rooms.
Day 3: Deep Dives and Deeper Connections
Our final day was all about celebrating connection and creating memories together. We set off early for an excursion to the Islas Marietas, a national marine park famous for its biodiversity and hidden beaches.
For many on the team, it was their first time scuba diving. Guided by professional instructors, we suited up and descended into the crystal-clear waters to explore underwater caves, coral reefs, and vibrant marine life. It was an awe-inspiring experience that pushed us out of our comfort zones and into a space of wonder and teamwork.
As one teammate put it: “You can’t describe what it’s like down there—you just have to trust and breathe.”
The scuba trip doubled as a metaphor for the summit itself: sometimes you need to go deeper, take the plunge, and embrace the unknown in order to grow.
Back on land, we closed with a gratitude circle—each person sharing what they’re taking away from the experience. Words like “clarity,” “trust,” “alignment,” and “gratitude” came up again and again.
Reflections & What’s Ahead
This summit wasn’t just a retreat; it was a recommitment. A recommitment to doing great work, supporting each other, and showing up with excellence and empathy for our clients and partners.
We left Puerto Vallarta recharged and realigned. We’re bringing back not only new goals and strategies, but a renewed sense of why we’re here and who we’re doing it for.
Our gratitude goes out to everyone who made the Summit 2025 possible—from our guest speakers to the incredible team members who coordinated logistics, led sessions, and helped make each moment meaningful. We’re proud of what we’re building and even more excited for what’s ahead.
More events are in the works. More growth is coming. And if this summit showed us anything, it’s that we’re better together.
